Booked and realised revenue
Why Sworen never shows your orders and your money as one number.
Sworen reports two numbers, never one:
- Booked revenue: what customers agreed to pay when they ordered.
- Realised revenue: what couriers actually handed back, from delivered orders.
With cash on delivery, the gap between the two is your returns and refusals. A shop that only looks at orders can believe it is profitable while it loses money on returns. Sworen keeps both numbers side by side so you see the real figure.
Real shipping costs
Section titled “Real shipping costs”Under Settings → Couriers, enter what each courier charges you for a delivery and for a return. This is not what the customer pays for shipping. Sworen uses these costs to calculate your real net profit on the dashboard.
