Moving your store to a new server and how installs are counted.

A license runs on a set number of installs at once (usually 1).

Move to a new server

Install Sworen on the new server and activate the same key.
In your customer account, Release the old install.

An install that stops checking in frees its seat by itself after 45 days.

Several servers, one store

One store running on several servers behind a load balancer counts as one install (they share a database), but the license server sees several addresses. Contact us to raise your address limit.
