Troubleshooting
What each license status means and how to fix a locked storefront.
Two commands explain most problems:
php bin/obelisk license:statusphp bin/obelisk doctorWhen the license has a problem, the storefront shows “This store is temporarily unavailable” but the admin stays reachable, so you can always sign in and fix it.

No key, and the trial couldn’t start | Check the server reaches license.sworen.com, then activate a key |
domain_mismatch |
The request’s domain isn’t on the license | Serve the store on the licensed domain, or ask us to change it |
over_limit |
More installs (or addresses) than the license allows | Release old installs in your customer account |
lease_expired |
No successful check-in for 7 days | Check cron and outbound HTTPS, then run php bin/obelisk license:heartbeat |
clock_behind |
The server’s clock is behind a time the license server signed | Fix the server’s time (enable NTP); it unlocks by itself |
revoked / expired |
The license was revoked or reached its end date | Contact us |
| doctor: liqx extension not loaded | PHP (often PHP-FPM) doesn’t load liqx | See Install the liqx extension, then restart PHP-FPM |
| doctor: TEST-KEY build | A development build of liqx is installed | Install the release .so from your download |
